Error Codes

The following are Errors or Error Codes that may occur or be displayed when using the system:
Error Code Description of Error Change / Fix / Updatea
Backup Errors
503 The primary backup was unable to run
call the Support Desk on 1300 130 541
517 The secondary backup was aborted
close the program, re-open it and re-run the backup. If backing up to a floppy disk and problem persists, try a new floppy disk.
526 A page or data file is open
close the program, re-open it and re-run the backup.
PDT Error Codes
4 Communications between the PDT and the PC has timed out
  1. check that comms cable to PDT cradle is connected
  2. re-boot the PDT using the [F] [J] and [Pwr] keys
  3. shutdown the PC and re power up.

If problem persists call Support Desk on 1300 130 541
